Endurance is fundamental to be able to train like a DEVI athlete. We utilize training energy systems to challenge your fitness and progressively develop stamina and speed.


Strength training provides the greatest carry-over to any physical pursuit. Expect to develop a strong and firm physique that'll make you regularly feel strong, young and vibrant.


Flexibility training is necessary for recovery and joint health. With yoga and mobility workouts, you will enhance movement quality and feel a better connection to your body.

Fully-certified as a Personal Trainer since 2013, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout the New York City area and facilitating their fitness programming and wellness plan. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with balancing a proper diet and training program to maintain a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals and needs, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to health and fitness will have you feeling great, giving you more energy for the important things in life, and experiencing results in no time.
