Each consultation is 30 minutes long. Payment required upon scheduling. Best for prospective clients who want to discuss any aspect of their health and fitness or have questions about our coaching programs. Any interested person that signs up for coaching within 72 hours of our call will have the fee discounted from their first purchased.
